We are recruiting to fill a vacancy in our Singapore office.

We have immediate vacancy for a Software Engineer with embedded and network programming skills in our Singapore office. We are an SME always on the lookout for new technology, and in this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and experience in a wide variety of highly innovative projects, developing system and solutions across various technical domains.

Role: Systems Programmer (Embedded, Networked)

Key Responsibilities:

• To work with client to interpret and flesh out project requirement into tangible project scope of work
• Conduct research and propose software and components to meet system requirement
• Design and develop software programs to support project requirements
• Conduct systems testing to ensure conformance to project requirements
• Produce documentation for software design architecture and technical documents

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in information systems, computer science or computer engineering or equivalent
• Knowledgeable and strong in Robot Operating System (ROS) and Linux
• Ability to investigate bandwidth / latency performance issues for wireless data streaming
• Familiarity with embedded systems electronics, systems integration, video codecs, Raspberry Pi considered a plus
• C++, Python, Bash scripting and OpenCV skills needed
• Good knowledge in the following is advantageous: TCP/IP, Internet/Info-telecommunications.
• Must have strong initiative to work independently, good communication skill and be supportive team player as when required
